I guess what seperates me from some random person applying is that the experience that I have. As well as I know a lot of the members in the community. Yes I do. [/b] [b]Situational Questions - [/b] [b]You and your best friend just received Moderator, during your first day you see your friend already abusing his powers, what do you do? I tell him that he is abusing his powers and if he doesn't stop then I report him to my higher ups[/b] [b]A player asks you a question about donations, how do you respond? I would direct them to the donation page. If that doesn't answer his question then I tell them go to a community advisor or any staff member with knowledge about the donations[/b] [b]In the middle of the day, a confrontation breaks out between to large regiments and their Commanders, it does not look like it will be ending anytime soon, what do you do? I defuse the situation by seperating the commander and there troops and try to figure the problem[/b] [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do? I would tell them to take it to the pm's and not cause everyone else problems[/b] [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it? I would try to work it out and work through our differences. If that doesn't work then I would try to talk to a higher staff member about the problem[/b] [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do? I would warn him. If that doesn't work then I would kick him and go through the proper procedures as I would with a regular person.[/b] [b]Any additional comments?[/b] I know I have been very inactive lately.
