I'm just one of those people who can't really process instructions well without having them explain to me good enough. [b]What separates you from any other Joe applying for Staff?[/b] Well this may not be a good reason that I am different from other people but I'm probably the candidate with the least amount of hours on the server. Having said that, I think that I am very hard working, and although this sounds cliche, I love helping people. I personally find the server can get kind of boring while events aren't happening. Being apart of the staff team would not only give me something to do, but would honestly give me the chance to help people. I'm also very active, I'm probably on about 6-7 days a week. (that's without any IRL stuff getting in the way of course) [b]Do you have any past experience of being a Staff Member on a different Garry’s Mod server?[/b] No. [b]Situational Questions - [/b] [b]You and your best friend just received Moderator, during your first day you see your friend already abusing his powers, what do you do?[/b] Tell him to stop and if he/she doesn't then I immediately report it to my higher ups. [b]A player asks you a question about donations, how do you respond?[/b] I tell them to go to our donation page by typing !donation in chat and if they have anymore question then please feel free to ask. [b]In the middle of the day, a confrontation breaks out between to large regiments and their Commanders, it does not look like it will be ending anytime soon, what do you do?[/b] I would watch the situation closely to make sure no one is breaking the rules (Like racism, disrespect to other players, etc). If need be I will talk to the the commander and the battalion separately to see if I can defuse the situation. [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do?[/b] I tell them to take it to PMs because their argument does not involve everyone other then the people involved. [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it?[/b] I try and talk to the Staff Member to see if we can work things out. If that doesn't work then I talk to my higher ups about the situation. [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do?[/b] I would inform the EC and follow the proper procedures to make sure this situation is dealt with.
