I am also aware of problems with Indigo's policy that shock don't have to follow orders. It must be known that this cannot be removed entirely because it is necessary so others won't impede on our duty. Indigo has added cooperation policy in chapter 10 and I have amended to 1.14 (a) mitigate this problem. [/b]

Neutral, shock is Definitley one of the most important roles on the server. If you want to be commander you need to re-write the handbook. Indigos was OK but you need to make it so it cannot be abused like I see it.

+1  I know there are areas in which you need to improve, but I do believe you could eventually get to the status of a good, respectable commander. Personally, I think you, Kazrron, or Kevin could do it. However, since you’ve applied, I will give an honest opinion. There definitely have been instances in which you, like everyone, have messed up. While I believe this is true, I also know that you have potential within you. The period of being a trial commander allows people like the moff, the Admiral, the other commanders, ISB, etc. to find where you are weak and help you and critique you on areas you need help. You’ve been a very competent and friendly person, someone who does know what he’s doing. I feel that with time as the role of trial commander, you could not only learn the role well, but also manage it and handle it with a certain pride and dignity.  Again, I don’t see most of the things you’ve done as things to hold against you personally. Everyone makes mistakes, including me. There’s a period for trial commanders to be studied and watched closely for a reason.  Thank you.
