But having a higher responsibility and if its serious and causing trouble it will be reported to higher staff and get acknowledged as soon as possible and a punishment would be given.[/b] [b]A player asks you a question about donations, how do you respond? I would point them in the direction of the donation page by doing !donate in chat seeing there options and providing them with an answer.[/b] [b]In the middle of the day, a confrontation breaks out between to large regiments and their Commanders, it does not look like it will be ending anytime soon, what do you do? It is a player led server so if it were to happen I would let unfold and see how it plays out. Then when it gets to the point where it is a major argument and cause drama I would bring aside high representatives in the battalions and get their opinion on it. After this I will pull them into a sit face to face in this confrontation I would let them talk and try to make a compromise if this does not work it will be brought to higher staff.[/b] [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do? I would tell them too stop immediately. If this does not work a sit or some sort of punishment will be given to get rid of the argument.[/b] [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it? I would try to avoid them as much as possible then tell higher staff about it, and if it goes good it can be resolved with a talk between each other and higher staff.[/b] [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do? To start off it is small it will result in a Warn or how many based on the action. If this is continued a kick will be issued. If they come back and still do some forbidden things on the job they will be blacklisted from that position. +!  Great part of the community as a member... can be a minge at times but being staff will change that.

+1 He knows when to be serious when the time comes, barley minges on his GS. He is a good kid, would like to see him as staff.
