[/b]  [color=#8e44ad][b]Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desperate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them?[/b] [/color] [b]First, I would warn them to behave, after if they continued it would be a week probation period, and if they continued it would be a full discharge and blacklist from the Battalion as they would ruin the image of the 501st.[/b]  [color=#8e44ad][b]Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion.[/b] [/color] [b]First of all I would greet the Trainees, and would begin by handing them a Document of the Rules, Guidelines, and Jobs that our Battalion offers, after that I would start off with the Basics, such as Faces, Formations, and basic Questions about the 501st. After that we would begin with some basic Climb Swep, after that we would move to Trigger Discipline, and after that we would move to Grenade Training, as the 501st has Grenade Launchers. When we are complete with that, I would pass them a Discord Link and would let them meet their NCOs and the current XO, and after that they would be Whitelisted to 501st Trooper.[/b]  [color=#8e44ad][b]While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission?[/b] [/color] [b]I would send in Gamma Squad, as they are Commandos. They excel in HVT Recovery as well as HVT Defense. They also have all of the equipment required to keep a HVT safe and secure.[/b]  [color=#8e44ad][b]How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment?[/b] [/color] [b]First I would ask my highest ranking NCOs to host Trainings and Tryouts. After that I would ask them to lead the men into battle, if they do well I would ask all of my troopers on their opinions of the individual, and if they are positive I would give them a Final Exam over the Battalion, if they pass, they would get the XOC Position in my Battalion, and after their Trial Period they would become the XO of the 501st. You would have to give up your other lives other than your donator job. This is needed to show your dedication above other applicants towards the 501st CO position. You will be required to spend a large majority of your time on that character more than others. Also this isnt a hall monitor application for grade 5 please in the future keep it professional and simple. Black and White are the only colors you need. Thank you.
