[b]A player asks you a question about donations, how do you respond?[/b] I would tell them they may type !donate, but if it's about when they will receive, or how much a Donation costs, I will direct them to a Server Council or Owner. [b]In the middle of the day, a confrontation breaks out between two large regiments and their Commanders, it does not look like it will be ending anytime soon, what do you do?[/b] I would tell them to stop arguing, if they continued I would warn them, and would tell a High Staff Member as well as warn the Commanders to control their troopers. [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do?[/b] Tell them to cool it, and ask them to move it to PMs or DMs. There is no need for them to fight in OOC. [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it?[/b] Talk to the person, if they are unwilling I will ask a High Staff member to create a meeting between the Staff Member and I. [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do?[/b] Freeze them, then pull them into a Staff Sit. I would then give them a warning, and would inform a Higher Staff Member, if they continued I would kick them from the server. [b]Any additional comments?[/b]

-1 If I were to approach this application from a 3rd perspective where I don't know you at all. I would deny it because of the lack of effort put into the application. You don't really show that you really want to be a staff member in this app.
