But it is still the truth most of the Time. [b]What separates you from any other Joe applying for Staff?[/b] I have a lot of experience in being staff on servers, I know what I'm doing when it comes to staff. I like helping servers with the best of my ability, so applying for Staff makes a new Limit to helping Out. I am also somewhat known in the server.  [b]Do you have any past experience of being a Staff Member on a different Garry’s Mod server?   I have a lot of experience in being staff with other Servers such as, Icefuse, Death Match Gaming, Highlander Gaming, Paradise Servers.[/b] [b]Situational Questions - [/b] [b]You and your best friend just received Moderator, during your first day you see your friend already abusing his powers, what do you do? Give him a warning and if he keeps up the abusing, bring it up with a higher Staff Member to deal with the Issue.[/b] [b]A player asks you a question about donations, how do you respond? I would say that, I do not know much about the donations but, if you press f4 or are in the discord you can find the link to the Donation Page there, and to get the full extent of the answer ask someone Higher than myself.[/b] [b]In the middle of the day, a confrontation breaks out between to large regiments and their Commanders, it does not look like it will be ending anytime soon, what do you do? I break it up because it could effect the players view of the server, And it will cause more problems with Everybody else. If they refuse, I warn the Commanders.[/b] [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do? I would tell the two players to Stop Arguing, and if they continue I will verbally warn them, if they still continue, I will mute then, and If I unmute them and they still continue, I will fully warn them.[/b] [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it? I forget the problem or take it to the higher ups abouse the issue.[/b] [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do? Tell the Event Creator, it is not in the staffs jurisdiction.[/b] [b]Any additional comments? I am a pretty active player on the server, my time is usually 4:30 PM to 10:PM(these are school days), And on weekends, I am on at 11:30 AM to 11:30PM[/b]

+1. Please add more detail to this application to make us feel more comfortable. I believe that your serious manner in your RP life as an XO of a battalion should be justifiable enough to allow you to step into a staff role. Don't abuse it.
