AKA Event Creators. And we need good ones that have experience in the arts or RP and Creating and story that can be morphed to what ever the players decide to make it. I just want to make people have fun and have something to do on this server. I hate to see people be bored. I also want to better the current EC's we have in any way possible and even possibly rival them (Classy). Its not how much fun I have, Its about how much fun they have. That's all I care for. {Atleast  50 words} Why should we accept you compared to the other applicants?: I'm am a very experienced admin and EC and am able to tackle almost any problem thrown at me. I can adapt to the situation quickly and effectively and am able to be fair yet harsh. Am also able to allow criticism to better myself and others harsh or not. I can develop a story well alone or coordinating with other EC's or VIP's wanting to help in the event. ~/Senarios/~ The Soldiers are getting lost trying to find the next objective what will you do to help the Soldiers? I would as the Mission Leader (Advisor Madix) grab my brief case and direct the troopers to the location. Using geographical anomalies, bearings(Degree's on the compass). I would also make some obvious signs of the objective such as smoke,fire, gunfire,explosions,large structures.  The mission is not going the way you hoped, all the Rebels(NPC's) are dying too quickly and the next part of the mission is not ready yet what would you do to delay the soldiers? 1. Tell them to stand by as a thermal scan identifies a large group of enemy reinforcements approaching their position and to take cover behind natural barriers or structures. 2. Attempt to get a available VIP or event creator to become a enemy and give them HP to allow him/her to slow them down as they use cover and tactics and can also lead them towards or away from the objective. 3. Make a small second objective such as a outpost that needs capturing or a crash landed tie caring important information extracted from another part of the battlefield. 4. Introduce vehicles to tank the damage being taken by the players allowing them to be slowed down. 5. abandon the NPC's in total and attempt to help the next part more quickly. A important event character that you planned to survive and escape has been captured/Killed by the soldiers how do you deal with this? 1. Attempt to make an obvious or covert attempt to reattempt occupation of the event character. 2. Let them take the VIP/Event character and allow them to extract information/kill them and perhaps lead to another part of the event if they play it off well and correctly. 3. Do the very stupid thing and blame it on them end-ex the mission. 4. Allow for the event character to be killed and return as another event character.[/b][/i]
