I have not been a commander that I remember of, but I’ve been in positions of leading troops and have led troops in battle and held tryouts before   What can you offer that others cannot? I can offer experience for IC. I’ve been a high ranking member of RC before with boo and been RC with null and I know what it takes to be a RC/IC and the time it takes to become one   Describe yourself in one sentence: Nice, but disciplined when needed.   Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desparate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them? I warn them. If they still minge after that warning they’re out of the regiment.   Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion. [list=1] [*]Call the tryouts in advert  [*]When people come I tell them what’s going to happen and tell them the strike system  [*]Get going with the tryouts; which would in include faces, formations, climb swep, and trigger discipline  [/list]  While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission? Most likely DT or shock as both are trained in the type of situation given   How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment? I wouldl ook for a member in my regiment who is hard working, disciplined, responsible, and not mingy  Additional Comments? Some of you may not know me as I’ve been on loa for almost a week now, but I will be back Saturday/Sunday

-1 No you probably should have more than 10 hours if you want people to actually trust you enough to want you as a commander for any battalion.

-1 For multiple reasons. 1. Little hours on the server. 2. Never been in an experienced demanding combat leading role. 3. Feels like a copy and past no real actual interesting answers. To bland and generic app tbh. 4. You are a PFC as Imperial Commando's start at LCPL. Tip: Train yourself in leadership by offering to lead a squad in events or ask for tips on how to run a battalion. Train in some new combat simulations to train your men with and offer to run a PT course from time to time to lead during PT. Try making some fake rosters or handbook/training documents to get a feel for what they are like and ask for opinions on them by other Commissioned Officers

+1 Knowing you IK what you are capable of and you do have the base of leadership but just need to build off of it, also i understand the hours since you have been on LOA for 8 days.

I am uncertain of + or - 1. I hope that in the following events I will have a better idea of Jake's abilities, although I find the APP a bit bland.
