[u][size=200]What can you offer that others cannot?[/size][/u] I perform well in high stress situations and have a ton of experience in shadows, I have led shadow and many other battalions in the 4 years I have been playing and know what to do with the battalion in depth. [size=200][u]Describe yourself in one sentence:[/u][/size] Driven and hard working and willing to do a large amount to get the job done right and properly. [size=200][u]Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desparate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them?[/u][/size] Regardless on the amount of troopers I have a minge is a minge. They hurt the RP for everyone on the server and I would immediately remove them and let staff handle it. [size=200][u]Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion.[/u][/size] https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1w-tYEunkNH3RF91x-ams758zoFJYbk_hC0rdFfJ5qqY/edit?usp=sharing [size=200][u]While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission?[/u][/size] I believe that shadows would be well suited for this mission, Shadows are trained to be tactful and stealthy and should have no problem getting in and out with the senator with minimal to no casualties. [u][size=200]How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment?[/size][/u] If a trooper has shown ability and has reached the rank of 2nd LT they will be assigned as the XO and second in command. Their word will be almost as good as mine and they will handle recruiting. [size=200][u]Additional Comments?[/u][/size] I lead shadow in a style not shown by many, I split shadow into multiple squads of a sniper, spotter, and computer specialist. All squads will have a designated squad leader that reports to me but they will all be trained to work co-dependent of one another.
