I have been commander of Gamma squad on 'Radiation gaming networks'. I also have been flame trooper commander on a server that had about 20 players a day on it.  [b]What can you offer that others cannot?[/b]  I'm not really sure what other people can offer but, what I can offer is that: I like to get to know my troopers while keeping a professional environment. I will deal out punishment if the trooper is not RPing or just messing around. I am not afraid to deal out punishment if the trooper(s) is misbehaving.  [b]Describe yourself in one sentence:[/b] Understanding and kind, and willing to give out the punishment that is needed.  [b]Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desperate for people when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them?[/b] Well say if I am in need of people and more people do join 101st and they happen to be minges I will tell them to get there act straight or face some consequences, I would show them how to actual RP and be effective role players. Then if some troopers still do not behave then they have no intent to RP and it then becomes a staff matter.  [b]Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion.[/b] Instead of tryouts, I would do training sessions so people know how to breach and clear and use the tool they have and how to use them effectively and make them look like they know what they're doing. I would also show them how to RP in some situations, like a hostage, guarding, rescuing and other missions. After tryouts, I would look over the troopers and see what battalion they would then fit best into.[b] [/b] [b]While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission?[/b] I would have Shadow or Gamma go in first to try and get the senator out alive and stealthily, and if that is not an option then I would have then scout around with scout troopers to see what is the best way to attack and get the senator out alive and safe.  [b]How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment?[/b] The second in command would have to be somewhat loyal and be able to deal with people who do not know to do or people who minge. He/She needs to be able to give orders but also take them. they have to be thicker than steel but have a heart of gold. I want someone who can be able to act on their own. I want someone who knows how to make smart decisions when I or another officer is not around.  [b]Additional Comments?[/b] This may be short but, in my opinion, I get down to the point and make sure people know what they are reading.

i just really dont know what to say about this but my main concern is how you get so easily pissed off, and you dont get along with alot of people. a 101st commander should be able to turn minges and not edge them on or give them what they want, such as wiggles, he was a great 101st commander because nobody could piss him off, and he didnt make minges mingier. my opinion doesnt really matter but i wanted to post this so. also put a little effort into your application because i dont want to lose this position, which i want to help new players, to a app like this

Second after a private talk I noticed he wants to lead the 101st as it's meant to be a pool of fresh recruits for other divisions to recruit from. Finally he showed a genuine interest in leading the 101st and has the experience needed to run it with around one month as XO of Nova TL;DR He deserves the position to clean up 101st give him a chance to do it[/size]

[color=#7f8c8d]Neutral[/color] because while I don't know you very well i feel like 101st commander should be left open until somebody who isn't of high rank applies; however, you might be able to do the job effectively you don't met my personal requirements

+1 for Mute's Application for 101st Commander. Your experience as a Nova trooper alone qualifies you, under my standards, to become a Trial Commander for the 101st Infantry Battalion. Honestly, the 101st needs a strong leader that can assist with the behavior of standard infantry troopers and incentivise them to stay in the battalion. We need more infantry units for a main assault force on ground. I believe that you are ready for this position.
