I try to break it up explaining why they should and if they don't I could always offer *ooc punishment* (warns)[/b] [b]An argument starts between two people in OOC chat, what do you do? If it's derogatory or causing a lot of drama I would tell them it's against the rules and if they persist I would give a warning. If its just a little argument I would try to get them to stop and if they don't stop I would tell them to just calm down and get over it[/b] [b]It is apparent that you have some bad blood between yourself and another Staff Member, what do you do to resolve it? Mostly ignore it but if it can't be stopped try to resolve it with the person or bring it up to a higher ranking staff member.[/b] [b]During an event, a donator abuses their VIP rank as an Event Character by killing troopers at spawn, what do you do? Strip them and bring them to me immediately jailing him and telling him that it's against the rules, but if he persists I would give him the according ban for how many players killed.[/b]  [b]Any additional comments? -1 I find it hard to speak with you, i dont enjoy the talks i have with you, i see you as a stuck up person, so -1

-1 I personally don't like you and I honestly think your responses to the situations could use some work. In the past you aren't very level-headed and your temper isn't very long that's not a good quality for staff and I think you need to improve on that quality. Your negotiation skills also could use some work (good for dispelling arguments)
