I offer my men a new perspective as a new member of this community I can see things that some people have grown accustomed to, or, that people don't want to talk about. Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desperate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them? What I would do is attempt to whip them into shape keeping them on a suspension on promotions until their act cleans up, because, there is no point promoting a mingy player up hoping they'll get better. Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion. A standardized Battalion tryout would be quite simple. this is a generalization hoping to get tryouts done within 10-15 minutes. 1st: Faces formations the easy bit 2nd: How to conduct yourself on and off the ship 3rd: Trigger discipline of multiple difficulties (1 hit = 1 strike) 4th: A quick simulation against one another 5th: A quiz over what the information given out at the beginning of tryouts (missed question = 1 Strike) 6th: Giving company information rules expectations and discord. While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission? I would say Nova or 501st as they are known to be some of the most specialized troops with Nova being the fleet guard and 501st being Vaders' Fist and using brute force to their advantage. How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment? I would get a google form similar to this one asking questions such as, "Why should you be the XO?", or, "What is your duty as the battalion XO". Questions that are not hard by any means. However with that said after they make it through the application process would come the interview where I would interview them and ask questions not included in the application no two interviews will ever be the same. Additional Comments? I am saying officer because I truly want to help out this battalion and the people inside and help the division grow. Currently I am trying out for Drum Major at my high school which is the top student leadership offered.
