Do you have any previous experience as a Commander/Battalion Leader? I have about... possibly a dozen servers I have been commander on. I can't remember all being honest, but a few are:
Hytera Networks: Republic Commandos, then Advanced Recon Commandos
Laeron Gaming: Shock Security Commander
Calidrius Gaming: Advanced Recon Commandos
Nox Networks: ARF Commander (I went inactive because that was my first server and I wasn't feeling it.)

And so on. I can't remember much, but I have a LOT of experience.
I cannot remember them all, but I always have people reminding me if I was a commander on one server, I would say yes, then they never talk to me again.

What can you offer that others cannot?: Well all BS aside, I like to have fun. Some people call it minging but it is how I express my joy. I am a serious roleplayer, I do like to RP a majority of the time. I have a ton of experience, can roleplay better than some people, and know what should go down.

Describe yourself in one sentence: A person that knows how to role-play but also likes to have some fun.

Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desparate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them?: Shadow troopers are meant to be elite. I don't care if I am running low. If no one meets the requirements, I won't have any troopers. If they minge and do a ton of RDMing and mic spamming and shit, they will be removed and blacklisted from Shadow Troopers.

While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission? Death trooper, or Shadow. Shadow and DT handle situations like these. High class, elite needed battalions. You can't just send 501st to run and gun, or try to be stealth. Battalions that are meant to know how to keep their asses quiet and low are needed for extraction missions.

How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment?: I would only look for the best of the best of the entire battalion. SIC won't just recieve XO, just 2LT, most likely. I would need someone active, can serious RP but can have fun when the time is needed.

Additional Comments?: I do not want anyone to think I am a minge. I like to have fun but do not have many opportunities to do so. I know how to RP very well.

Edit 8/17/2018: I would like to address the comment of people calling me a loose cannon. I would like to chat with anyone that thinks so. I will not take all the time as an answer. I want a date, what event, and what I did wrong. In my latest event (going into a cave to find something about the Hutts), I was told to fall back. I was on the other side of the island. So I fell all the way back to some towers outside of the entrance to the cave. I thought about posting here, since I have a sniper and I could get a vantage point on anyone that could come up on us. And in DB, I was demoted for acting on my own accord. If anyone wants to agree to the fact that I act on my own accord or am a loose cannon, please feel free to DM me on Discord, In-Game, even on the forums.

Edit 8/18/2018: I just wrote 200 more words on something, but I clicked on a dif tab and came back in and it got deleted. So fuck me. I'm just gonna say this:

If you demote me, recommend me for demotion, yell at me for something, get my side.
It fucking makes me churn when people get chewed out when you demote people without their side. They are getting punished without a fair trial.
ANYTHING could be said. Something could be misunderstood, and no one would know.

If you are gonna demote me, recommend me for demotion, yell at me for something, got a problem with me, say it to my fucking face. Don't get someone else to do the dirty work for you. You recommend me for demotion, it goes through and the Moff demotes me? I'm finding who reported and coming for your ass so you can tell me why I got demoted without my side. I will also be addressing the Moff on why I wasn't questioned.
People have it out for me. Not everyone loves me. But frankly, I'm going to stop being the fun person I usually am if I get demoted again without my side, or if this type bullshit happens again.
