-1 There are already regiments on the server which may have heavies or be a heavy squad. You would be taking away from those and it seems unfair. If you’re going to make a battalion, make it unique and not something which takes away from others. 

-1 You already poorly lead a squad and you can't make battalions, and I think someone of a mature age should be a CO.
