Do you have any previous experience as a Commander/Battalion Leader? Yes I have a variety of experience as both a Battalion Leader and Commander. I've been Commander of many different regiments such as Null ARC, Rancor, Delta Squad, Shock, Green Company/41st, 327th, 501st, Inferno, EOD, Spec-Ops, GC or Galactic Marines, and much more. What can you offer that others cannot? I can offer Dedication, Prioritization, and Management to the position of Doom Commander due to the mainly the factor of being online more than others as I do not take long LOAs and leave my battalion to die, When it comes to the position I will put 110% into the Regiment itself, I not only will do this but I will make sure the battalion stays alive by having relations with troopers that others cannot, so why choose me rather than someone else? Well mainly due to my overall management of the battalion I will not only have a multitude of connections with my troopers I will make sure all of them stay in line and want to keep their positions, not only do I have Time, but I also have good judgement as I've been roleplaying mainly in high tier positions since I've first started in the summer of 2012 the skills I've developed playing SWRP allowed me to better myself in a way in which I'm able to keep connections with others.  Describe yourself in one sentence: One who breaks his back and expects others to break their back in return. Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desperate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them? I've seen some of the worst individuals who were mingey in the very beginning turn into full fledged roleplayers many of the individuals I've met were minges and then when you actually got to know them they turned out to be good people, First I would conduct a full 1 by 1 talk with the trooper find out why they act this way, and try to find out what I can do to have them actually roleplay like a person should, Second if they turn out to be a good person I would ask them to cut down on the mingey behaviors and they might recieve rewards however if they are a full fledged minge I would honestly have myself(as staff) deal with it or have a staff member deal with it, Third if they do something out of the ordinary like RDM, Mass FailRP, or Just toxic in general I would have their character kicked out of my battalion and find new dedicated non mingey people. Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion. First when conducting tryouts make calls in comms and once that is over and people arrive we begin the tryout, The tryout will consist of basic things to begin with such as Faces, Formations, Trigger Discipline, Climb Swep, and Battalion regulated portion training based on what battalion it is, then we move on to questions once we reach questions I would see if they are capable enough of joining the battalion by asking them to pull out their firing rifle and shoot each other if they do they fail and if they don't and have atleast 1 strike left (3 strike system) they pass.  While on a mission, you are tasked with the retrieval of a Senator representing the Empire, which regiment would be most fit for this mission? (Well if we are talking empire Inferno Squad am I right?) Well first off it would need to be a Security battalion so maybe someone like Shock or Doom with shields, I would have them be in a formation of a VIP Diamond not to close not to far from the VIP - Senator, I would have a secondary force scouting for any hostiles in the area that could be a potential threat to the senator and if their is I would take the nessacary precaution to protecting the senator such as getting them to a safer place, having a tight VIP Diamond Hostile/Body Block on him due to the fact that clones are expendable and I would have another secondary task force ready to eliminate the hostile threat before they can even get a visual of the senator. and finally finish escorting the Senator to where ever it is they need to go. How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment? First I would make sure that the XO in itself is the Highest in the Regiment and if not I would first make an annoucement on my discord basically indicating that I'm on the verge of selecting an XO and the position is open to anyone however you must be active, you must follow orders, and you must respect your higher ups and follow all server rules/rp rules, I would then have a proper analysis of all possible candidates for the position determining based on trooper activity, respect, and the ablity to lead a battalion in stead of the commanding officer. -1 . Vick you have some serious attitude problems, you get angry way to fast, get power hungry, and it's either those two moods or minge. But the reason I'm not minus one-ing this is because that's exactly what I was like when I joined, and I fixed a lot of that, if you fix yourself even a little I will change to a plus one in a heartbeat
