I always thrive to make sure people feel wanted and needed in what ever battalion they choose to join. [/color] Describe yourself in one sentence:  [color=#27ae60]Trusting with a goal of making people have a reason.[/color] Your regiment is currently on a decline of troopers, you are getting desperate for people, when you actually recruit someone they turn out to be a minge, what do you do with them?  [color=#27ae60]First I address the problem and do what I can to make them happy BUT also keep the same rules of what the server provides and what I provide Commander. If that does not work out asking other ranking Commanders what I should do, a little help never help no one.[/color] Describe the process of how you would host a standardized tryout for a basic infantry battalion. [color=#27ae60]As DOOM Unit we are provided with Riot Shields to protect us during battle, I would teach them formations with and without the Shields. After that I would go over the rest of the basics ( Faces, Trigger Discipline.) Then I would end it off with some questions and how to Exit a LAAT with Shields. The last would be lore questions. Asking for the Lore Jedi names and something they have in common, what is our main goal, and to end it off with asking what episode in SW CW is DOOM Unit seen in and who are they with in this episode. [/color] Why do you want this position? [color=#27ae60]The main reason I want this position is for one reason, to Have a Purpose in the Server. Two more reasons are to make people have a good time on the server and feel respected and lastly to make sure they have fun! ( Also enforce the rules provided to us from High Staff. )[/color] How would you go about choosing a second-in-command for your regiment? [color=#27ae60]I would not just go off rank, I would go off on how they go about situations. How they can adapt to problems when I am not on. Then I would watch how they lead. These are need to know because he is basically a mini-me.[/color] What makes you want to apply for this position specifically? [color=#27ae60]I have always liked DOOM Unit, the name the colours and the ability to use shields. You also have not been very active, and you should Not use commander as an excuse to be more active. -1 for now.[/size][/i][/b][/color]

+1   I've seen him as a commander before in past servers and he did a great job of having active troopers & keeping it professional. He has also been DOOM commander before so he has the experience and knows the fundamentals of running the unit.

+1 He's been super nice and helpful the entire time I've been on the server and I can already tell he has the leadership qualities to fulfill a commander position.

+1 Although you were toxic at times because of your "problems" You still made fun things happen during that time. I've seen you lead multiple battalions before and I don't honestly remember seeing any of your troops ever be disrespectful to other commanders or disrespectful to you. I think you'd make a good fit for Doom.
